Engineering company principal buys Lake View 3BD

Paul Petska and Susan Nichols-Petska bought a three-bedroom, two-bath condo at 436 W. Belmont Ave. in Lake View from Melanie F. Davis for $553,000 on April 24.

Unit #201 is one of 16 units at 436 W. Belmont Ave. It was constructed in 2001.

Mr. Petska serves as a principal at Affiliated Engineers Inc. and as one of the professional affiliate directors at the American Institute of Architects–Chicago.
