Sharon Doherty Sirott sold a two-bath home at 3630 N. Marshfield Ave. in Lake View to Mariasol Espinosa for $459,000 on April 23.

The 1,960-square-foot home was built in 1907.

Sirott is a senior litigation attorney in the legal department of BP America Inc., a Warrenville-based producer of oil and natural gas. She focuses her practice on commercial litigation. She previously served as a partner with the law firm Schiff Hardin LLP.

She received her B.A. from the University of Illinois and her J.D. from the Chicago-Kent College of Law.

There were 1,127 sales in Lake View in 2008, with a median price of $335,000.
