Michael Weinbach and his wife, Bonnie, sold a three-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 410 W. Webster Ave. in Lincoln Park to Brian Peters and Sarah Bryant for $737,500 on April 29.
The Weinbachs paid $751,000 for the property in April 2004. The 1,560-square-foot house, which was built in 1880, was listed as high as $850,000.
Mr. Weinbach is the founder and chief executive officer at U-inspire.com, an employee motivation and communications consulting company in Boston.
He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and received an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.
Mrs. Weinbach graduated from the University of Michigan and received an M.B.A. in environmental health sciences at the Harvard School of Public Health.
There were 847 home sales in Lincoln Park in 2008, with a median sales price of $435,000.
