Mr. Wold is a senior managing director at Tishman Speyer, a owner, developer, operator and manager of first-class real estate. He is a member of the firm’s management and investment committees. Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, he served as chief executive officer and chief investment officer of Trizec Office Properties.

From 1995 to 2001, he served as president of TrizecHahn Office Properties. Before joining TrizecHahn, he was an executive vice president at Equity Office Properties, a principal with the Cambridge Cos. and he also held positions at Wells Fargo and First National Bank of Chicago.

He earned a B.S. in finance from the University of Illinois and an M.S. in real estate from Southern Methodist University.

Sales at 600 N. Lake Shore Dr. rose 164.7 percent from 2007-2008. The median sales price also rose 47.1 percent during that same time period.
