Financial advisor, lawyer selling Lake View 3BD

Brad Verber and his wife, Kaitlin, have listed for sale a three-bedroom, three-bath condo at 3332 N. Ashland Ave. in Lake View for $599,000.
The Verbers paid $510,000 for Unit #A-3 in Aug. 2003. The 2,400-square-foot condo is one of three units at 3332 N. Ashland Ave., which was built in 1963. Tina Norris of @properties is the listing agent for the home.
Mr. Verber works as financial advisor with Edward Jones.
He attended Dartmouth College.
Mrs. Verber is a lawyer in Chicago. She previously worked as associate at the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins LLP.
She earned her bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College and her J.D. from Northwestern University.
