Timothy and Tara Tincknell bought a 1.5-bath condo at 1351 W. Altgeld St. in Lincoln Park from Amani and Michael Solesky for $460,000 on May 4.

Solesky paid $465,000 for the property in Feb. 2002. The 1,926-square-foot Unit #16 is part of the the Altgeld Club condo development, which was built in 2001 in the Wrightwood Neighbors subdivision.

Mr. Tincknell is the director of physician practice at University of Illiniois at Chicago Medical Center.

He received his degree from Purdue University.

Ms. Tincknell serves as assistant director of radiology at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Previously, she served as assistant director of CVL and pulmonary function at the school.

She received her B.S. in education from Ohio State University in 1995 and obtained an M.B.A. in finance from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2001.

Sales at the Altgeld Club were down 21.4 percent from 2007-08, while the median sales price was up 1.8 percent during that time.

There were 666 condo sales in Lincoln Park in 2008, with a median sales price of $385,000.
