Melissa and Bradley Zabel sold a condo at 2721 N. Wilton Ave. in Lincoln Park to Brian and Erin Roselle for $412,000 on May 6.

Unit #2N is one of six units in the condominium at 2721 N. Wilton Ave., which was built in 2001in the Wrightwood Neighbors neighborhood.

Ms. Zabel is a writer, editor and designer with her own private practice in Indianapolis, Ind. She has worked as a usability and information design manager at Webize Interactive Media, was a writer and user experience designer at Creative Street Media Group and served as a copywriter at JIST Publishing. She also held key positions at the Illinois Institute of Technology and Minnetrista Cultural Center.

She earned her bachelor’s from Ball State University and her master’s from Illinois Institute of Technology. She also attended Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis.

There were 666 home sales in Lincoln Park in 2008, with a median price of $385,000.
