Nicholas Blaesing bought a condo at 3442 N. Ashland Ave. in Lake View from Christopher and Michelle Uhart for $370,000 on May 6.

The Uharts acquired Unit #1N for $309,000 in Feb. 2003. It is one of eight units at 3442 N. Ashland Ave.

Blaesing has served as a manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, a company which offers assurance, tax and advisory services.

He attended the University of Iowa Henry B. Tippie College of Business.

Ms. Uhart has been an assistant vice president at ABN AMRO Holding N.V., which offers banking products and financial services. Prior to that, she was an internal auditor at Bank One and worked for KPMG, an audit, tax and advisory firm headquartered in the New York City area.

Mr. Uhart has been a finance manager at Orbitz Worldwide, an online travel company. Before working at Orbitz, he was a senior financial analyst at ACNielsen, an information and media company, and a senior associate at KPMG.

He attended the University of Notre Dame.

There were 1,082 home sales in Lake View in 2008, with a median price of $335,500.
