DePaul professor unloads Lake View 3BD

Jeannie K. Sticher sold a three-bedroom, three-bath condo at 2940 N. Sheffield Ave. in Lake View to Sheila J. Cross for $668,000 on May 15.

Sticher paid $656,000 for Unit #1 in Sept. 2004. It is one of eight units in the development at 2940 N. Sheffield Ave., which was built in 2006.

Sticher is an adjunct professor in the department of marketing at DePaul University in Chicago. She has served as vice president of sales at Masterfoods USA and at Wal-Mart Inc.

She earned her B.S. at Central State University and her M.A. in management at JFK University.

There were 906 condo sales in Lake View in 2008, with a median price of $304,000.
