The 1,011-square-foot Unit #217 is part of the Park Newberry condominium development, which was built in 1997.

Dr. Rader is a physiatrist at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago Chronic Pain Care Center.

She earned her M.D. at the Wayne State University School of Medicine and completed her residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago.

Heckel has served as assistant vice president at National City Bank.

Sales at Park Newberry were down 33.3 percent from 2007-08, while the median sales price was up 2.1 percent during that time.

There were 400 sales in Near North in 2008, with median price of $407,500.
