Erik and Theresa Van Vuren sold a condo at 1350 W. Fullerton Ave. in Lincoln Park to Briana Rose Degiulio for $380,000 on May 19.

The Van Vurens paid $391,000 for Unit #503 in June 2004. There are 60 units in the development at 1350 W. Fullerton Ave., which is also known as the Altgeld Club. It was constructed in 1997.

Mr. Van Vuren serves as the vice president of GE Antares Capital, a multi-faceted financial services firm that is comprised of GE Commercial Finance and GE Money. Prior to joining GE, he worked as the vice president at Merrill Lynch Capital and served as an associate at Ernst & Young Corporate Finance and Divine InterVentures.

He attended the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and the University of Wisconsin–Madison.

Ms. Van Vuren is an associate at Wildman Harrold Attorneys and Counselors. Her practice focuses on litigation and employment and labor law. Prior to that, she served as a legal intern at the Legal Assistance Foundation of Metropolitan Chicago.

She completed her J.D. from the Illinois Institute of Technology Chicago–Kent College of Law and earned a B.A. in political science and Spanish from the University of Michigan.

Sales at Altgeld Club dropped 21.4 percent from 2007-2008. The median sales price rose 1.8 percent during that time.

There were 666 condo sales in Lincoln Park in 2008, with a median sales price of $385,000.
