The Rusches paid $610,000 for the Unit #1 in Nov. 2004. It is one of three units in the development at 1523 W Roscoe St.

Mr. Kritzler serves as the president and founder of the Property Consulting Group. He was a founder of inStadium, an alternative sports media company, has served as the manager for the Los Angeles chapter of the National Sports Marketing Network and has been on the editorial board of the Migala Report.

He holds a B.A. in finance from Lehigh University.

Ms. Rusche is a recruiter in the Chicago office of BCG Attorney Search. Prior to joining BCG, she worked as an attorney at Neal Gerber & Eisenberg LLP and Gardner Carton & Douglas.

She holds a B.A. from the University of New Hampshire, an M.S. from the University of Chicago and a J.D. from the Loyola University Chicago School of Law.

There were 906 condo sales in Lake View in 2008, with a median sales price of $304,000.
