Cheung, along with Layching Wuek, bought the property for $640,000 in July 2001. The 2,480-square-foot house, which was built in 1889, is in the Sheffield Neighbors subdivision. Nick Patterson of Kale Realty is the listing agent.
Cheung has served as a senior manager in the Chicago office of TruePartners Consulting, a tax advisory firm. Before he joined TruePartners, he was a director in the employment tax practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Chicago for eight years. He also worked at Arthur Andersen's employment tax group.
He holds a B.S. in accounting from the University of Illinois–Chicago.
There were 820 home sales in Lincoln Park in 2008, with a median sales price of $426,000.
