Subhas Dhodapkar has listed for sale a three-bedroom, 3.5-bath condo at 330 N. Jefferson St. in River West for $1.15 million.

Dhodapkar, along with Saroj Dhodapkar, acquired the condo for $94,500 in Oct. 2000. The 3,185-square-foot Unit #1603 is one of 209 condos at the Kinzie Station Tower, which was built in 2003 in the Fulton River District. Dhodapkar is a professor in the department of management at the University of Nevada–Las Vegas.

He received his M.B.A. from North Central University.

Sales at the Kinzie Station Tower were down 28.6 percent from 2007-08, while the median sales price fell 2.6 percent during that time.

There were 91 condo sales in River West in 2008, with a median price of $372,000.
