Donald and Beryl Zerwer have listed for sale a two-bedroom, two-bath condo at 621 S. Plymouth Court in the South Loop for $524,900.

The 1,900-square-foot Unit #506 is part of the Moser Lofts, which were built in 1917 in the Printers Row neighborhood. Janelle Dennis from @properties is the listing agent for the condo.

The Zerwers are owners of the Foley House Inn in Savannah, Ga. They previously worked as lawyers.

Sales at the Moser Lofts were down 50 percent from 2007-08, while the median sales price dropped 13 percent during that time.

There were 490 condo sales in the South Loop in 2008, with a median price of $305,000.
