Former insurance company exec buys in Lincoln Park

Nadalie S. Bosse and Lawrence O. Nettles bought a three-bath home at 2039 N. Racine Ave. in Lincoln Park from Mark and Jennifer Struhs for $1.46 million on Oct. 13.

The 2,362-square-foot Unit #1, which was built in 1890, is in the Sheffield Neighbors subdivision.

Ms. Bosse has served as the senior vice president of technology strategy, planning and delivery at CNA Insurance.Before that , she worked with VeriSign, Tellabs Inc., SBC Ameritech, Northridge Group and AT&T.

She holds a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Kansas State University and an M.B.A. from the University of Kansas.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 629 home sales in Lincoln Park during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $360,000.
