Illinois Supreme Court project coordinator sells 3BD

Christina and William Pusemp sold a three-bedroom, 1.5-bath home at 233 N. County Line Road in Hinsdale to Oakley Home Builder Inc. for $350,000 on Oct. 9.

The 880-square-foot house in the North Hinsdale neighborhood was built in 1913.

Ms. Pusemp is an attorney and a project coordinator at the MCLE board of the Supreme Court of Illinois. In the past, she has been an office manager at GEV Corp. and an associate attorney at the law firm of Giordano & Neilan.

She graduated from DePaul University and the University of Oregon School of Law.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 223 home sales in Hinsdale during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $750,000.
