Law firm owner sells Palatine 4BD

Kedar and Prajakta Sukhatme sold a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 1057 N. Penny Lane in Palatine to Zafer Ahmed and Sadia Usmani for $436,000 on Oct. 13.

The 2,558-square-foot house in the Palatine Hills neighborhood was built in 2001.

Kedar Sukhatme is owner of the law firm Benos, Sukhatme & Associates.

Sukhatme attended the DePaul University Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business, the University of Iowa and the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 897 home sales in Palatine during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $222,000.
