IT research company exec buys in Sauganash

Stephanie Mickwee bought a one-bath home at 5815 N. Kirby Ave. in Sauganash from Barbara A. Swanstrom for $399,000 on Oct. 13.

The 1,544-square-foot house was built in 1943.

Ms. Mickwee is an account executive at Gartner, an IT research and advisory company. She previously served as an account executive at Frost & Sullivan.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 77 home sales in Sauganash during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $399,000.
