WGN VP sells Glenview 4BD

Tom and Kelly Ehlmann sold a four-bedroom, four-bath home at 1920 E. Ridgewood Road in Glenview to Patrick and Courtney Nimrod for $872,500 on Oct. 14.

The 3,312-square-foot house was built in 1945 in the East Glenview neighborhood.

Mr. Ehlmann serves a vice president and general manager at Chicago's WGN-TV. He was previously vice president and general manager at KHWB-TV in Houston, general sales manager at KOVR-TV in Sacramento, general sales manager at KDNL-TV in St. Louis and he worked in sales at KMSB-TV in Tucson.

He holds a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Arizona (1977).

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 558 home sales in Glenview during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $388,500.
