Mrs. Patterson is a real estate attorney at the Chicago Real Estate Law firm. She previously worked in the mortgage business for several years and assisted her husband at his real estate business.

She holds a degree in finance from Miami University and a law degree from the John Marshall Law School.

Mr. Patterson is a real estate broker and the owner of Kale Realty Residential Brokerage. He was previously a sales agent for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Prior to his real estate career, he worked in the advertising industry.

He holds a B.A. degree in mass communications and a B.S. degree in political science from Miami University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 822 condo sales in Lincoln Park during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $425,000.
