Ms. McElhany is a business process improvement enablement manager at BP, a global energy and multinational oil company. She previously served as a retail site support operations manager at the BP Elite Customer Solutions Center. Prior to joining BP, she was a global logistics manager at Motorola.

She holds a B.A. in art history from Kalamazoo College, an M.A. in German from Middlebury College and a degree in general management and business from Harvard Business School.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 899 home sales in Palatine during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $222,000.
