Adam and Maria Pollock sold a three-bedroom, four-bath condo at 1715 N. Wells St. in Lincoln Park to Ortwin Kairies and Lale Akman for $815,000 on Oct. 8.

The Pollocks bought Unit #38 for $699,000 in Dec. 2002. The condo is one of 575 units at Eugenia Terrace.

Mr. Pollock is a managing director at Grosvenor Capital Management, a privately owned hedge fund sponsor. He was senior manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

He attended Rutgers University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 608 condo sales in Lincoln Park during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $359,500.
