Lawrence E. Lisack sold a two-bedroom, two-bath condo at 400 E. Ohio St. in Gold Coast to Barbara and Robert Woolf for $550,000 on Oct. 8.

Mr. Lisack bought Unit #3001 for $485,000 in July 2003. The 1,650-square-foot condo unit is part of the Bancroft, which was built in 1985 and has 182 units on 50 floors.

Mr. Lisack has served as group senior vice president at LaSalle Bank for 34 years.

He earned his B.A. in business administration from St. Mary's University of Minnesota and an M.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 555 condo sales in Gold Coast during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $350,000.
