The Padmanabhan paid $620,000 for Unit #3 in July 2005. It is one of nine units in the development at 855-859 N. La Salle St.

Dr. Padmanabhan has been a psychiatrist practicing in Rochester Hills, Mich. She is affiliated with Anderon Neuordiagnotstics PC and NeuroHealth Associates PLC.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 545 condo sales in Near North during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $365,000.
