The Harsoors paid $425,000 for the property in June 2002. The 2,600-square-foot Unit#J is part of the Garabaldi Square Townhomes development, which was built in 1988.

Dr. Harsoor is an anesthesiologist who has practiced at Vista Neurosurgical Associates in Gurnee and at Vista Medical Center East in Waukegan. She specializes in pain medicine.

She earned her M.D. in 1992 from the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences in India and completed her residency in pain medicine and anesthesiology at the University Of Illinois College of Medicine in Chicago.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 104 home sales in University Village/Little Italy during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $310,500.
