Erik and Jill Attkisson bought a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 2304 W. Cullom Ave. in North Center from Kimberly and Michael Moran for $697,500 on Oct. 20.

The Morans bought the property for $580,000 in Aug. 2003. The 1,968-square-foot house was built in 1995.

Mr. Attkisson is director of business development at Joshua Davis Studios in Chicago. He was the senior manager of product marketing at Motorola, a product marketing director at First International Digital, a business development manager at 20th Century Fox and a business manager and musician with Chucklehead Productions.

He earned his bachelor's from Wesleyan University in 1989 and an M.B.A. from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management in 1999.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 180 home sales in North Center during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $460,000.
