Pepsi SVP buys 4BD in Barrington's Bakers Lake

W. Scott Nehs and Anna M. Heine bought a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 635 S. Division St. in Barrington from Black Dog Inc. for $985,000 on Oct. 20.

The 3,582-square-foot house in the Bakers Lake neighborhood was built in 1976.

Nehs has served as senior vice president for legal and government affairs at Pepsi Americas in Chicago. He was an attorney at Wildman Harrold, a Chicago-headquartered law firm, where he practiced for eight years until 1999.

He earned a B.S. in political science and sociology from Northwestern University in 1988. He obtained his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1991.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 108 home sales in Barrington during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $385,000.
