Mark and Sheri Styles bought a four-bath home at 944 Skokie Ridge Dr. in Glencoe from Desimir and Deborah Bosnic for $1.25 million on Oct. 20.

The Bosnics bought the property for $1.51 million in June 2005. The 3,560-square-foot house in the West Glencoe neighborhood was built in 2004.

Mr. Styles has served as vice president of the international treasury group of Bank One. He has been an investment consultant for more than 15 years. He also worked at Morgan Stanley.

He received his B.A. in political science from Washington University.

Mr. Bosnic is an executive vice president for US sales at Combined Insurance Co., of America in Chicago. He joined the company in 1983.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 116 home sales in Glencoe during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $907,500.
