James and Marguerite Rohlfing sold a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 455 Lenox St. in Oak Park to Karen Jackson for $350,000 on Oct. 20.
The 2,604-square-foot house in the Northeast Oak Park neighborhood was built in 1927.
Mr. Rohlfing is a partner at Rohlfing & Oberholtz, a law firm in Chicago. Before he founded the firm, he headed the litigation department of two Chicago business law firms and he served as president of the Illinois Mechanical & Specialty Contractor's Association.
He obtained his B.S. in business administration from Marquette University in 1979 and his law degree from DePaul University in 1982.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 576 home sales in Oak Park during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $310,000.
