Jennifer and Scott Stegemann bought a three-bath home at 3544 N. Wilton Ave. in Wrigleyville from Elizabeth and Brendan Riordan for $402,500 on Oct. 20.

The Riordans paid $715,000 for the property in March 2008. The 3,531-square-foot house was built in 1901.

Ms. Stegemann is a principal at Opis Resources and the owner at Chicago Walk-Ups. Previously, she was a senior instructor at Oracle and a business analyst at US Cellular.

She attended Illinois State University and DePaul University.

Mr. Stegemann is the co-founder of Opis Resources. Before that, he worked at Oracle Consulting on several development projects as an analyst, developer and project manager.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 143 sales in Wrigleyville during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $411,700.
