Dr. Nathan M. Lidsky and Alexia Lidsky bought a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 403 S. Busse Road in Mount Prospect from Barbara A. Tomko for $410,000 on Oct. 22.

Tomko paid $268,000 for the property in May 2002. The 1,958-square-foot house was built in 1916 in the Central Mt. Prospect neighborhood.

Dr. Lidsky serves as an associate director of the Intensivist Group's team of critical care physicians and as an education director for the critical care team at Northwest Community Hospital. Previously, he was a medical director at the Baptist Medical Center of Oklahoma and an assistant professor of anesthesiology and critical care medicine at Presbyterian University Hospital.

He earned his M.D. from the University of Miami Medical School. He finished his internal medicine internship and residency at Loyola University Medical Center and completed his critical care medicine fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.
