The Inkses paid $372,000 for Unit #2B in Dec. 2007. The condo is part of the Parkview Lofts development.

Dr. Secemsky is a cardiologist at Provena St. Joseph Hospital in Elgin.

He studied medicine at the Finch University of Health Sciences. He completed his residency in internal medicine at George Washington University Hospital and completed his fellowship in cardiology at Rush Presbyterian St. Lukes Medical Center.

Ms. Secemsky is a social worker based in Palatine.

Mr. Inks is a group manager and senior solution architect at the Chicago office of Avanade, a provider of business technology services. He most recently served as a manager at Accenture. Prior to that, he was a project manager for integrated desktop at CSAA and he was a chemical engineer at Dow Chemical.

Ms. Inks has been a senior manager at the Chicago office of Accenture, a global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company. She joined the company in 2000 as a consultant.

She has a B.S. degree from University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 613 condo sales in Lincoln Park during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $358,000.
