Robert Spigner bought a two-bedroom, two-bath condo at 659 W. Randolph St. in the West Loop from Dags Desplaines LLC for $392,000 on Oct. 27.

Unit #1701 is one of 207 condos at the R+D 659 development, which was built in 2008.

Spigner is a manager at Alvarez & Marsal, an independent management and technology consulting firm. He previously served as a consultant at BearingPoint Consulting.

He attended the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 228 condo sales in the West Loop during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $301,250.
