Dr. Hrayr Attarian and Diana Monaghan bought a three-bedroom, four-bath condo at 331 S. Ridgeland Ave. in Oak Park for $380,000 from Joel and Faye Dant on Oct. 28.

The Dants paid $387,500 for the property in June 2003. Unit #D is part of the Mason's Lofts development, which was built in 1905 in the Southeast Central Oak Park neighborhood.

Dr. Attarian is an attending physician at Fletcher Allen Health Care. He specializes in psychiatry and neurology, and is also an associate professor at the University of Vermont School of Medicine.

He received his M.D. from the American University of Beirut.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 170 condo sales in Oak Park during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $181,250.
