Billy Dec and Katherine R. Stephans bought a five-bedroom, four-bath home at 1324 W. Webster Ave. in Lincoln Park from 1324 Webster Inc. for $1.65 million on Nov. 6.

1324 Webster Inc. paid $840,000 for the property in April 2006. The 3,050-square-foot house in the Sheffield Neighbors subdivision was built in 2007.

Dec is the founder and CEO of Rockit Ranch Productions, an entertainment development company in Chicago. He is the owner of The Underground nightclub in Chicago and the co-founder of the Rockit Bar & Grill.

Stephans is a Midwest region sales manager StelKast Inc., a company that designs, manufactures and distributes its own unique line of orthopedic implants. Previously, she worked as a sales representative at Arthrex and Wright Medical Technology.

She received her B.A in journalism from Indiana University Bloomington.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 843 sales in Lincoln Park during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $421,250.
