Timothy and Cherise Mattix sold a two-bedroom, two-bath condo at 1030 N. Paulina St. in the Ukrainian Village to Jay A. Kopfer for $444,000 on Nov. 12.

Mr. Mattix paid $455,000 for Unit #3 in Feb. 2006. It is one of three condos in the development at 1030 N. Paulina St., which was constructed in 2007.

Mr. Mattix has been a principal at Diamond Management and Technology Consultants, a management and technology consulting firm. Prior to that, he was a technology consultant at Accenture.

He attended Purdue University.

Mr. Kopfer has been a trader at Gelber/Chopper Trading. Before that, he was a trader at Breakwater Trading.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 125 condo sales in the Ukrainian Village during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $366,500.
