Dr. Naomi Donnelley sold a condo at 2130 N. Lincoln Park West in Lincoln Park to Timothy A. French and Jolynn Haley for $1.025 million on Nov. 20.

Dr. Donnelley bought the property for $885,000 in Feb. 2001. Unit #S-9 is one of 33 condos in the development at 2130 N. Lincoln Park West, which was built in 1928.

Dr. Donnelley is a dermatologist at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. She specializes in melanoma, general dermatology, atopic dermatitis, chemical peel, clearlight, cosmetic fillers, cosmetic/aesthetic dermatology, collagen vascular disease, skin cancer prevention, surgical dermatology, surgical infections, psoriasis, acne and treatment of sun damaged skin.

She earned her M.D. from Yale University. She completed her residency at Northwestern Memorial Hospital.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 639 condo sales in Lincoln Park during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $355,000.
