Judith Mucheck, Ph.D. and Mary Reiling bought a condo at 7550 N. Sheridan Road in Rogers Park from SMB Sproul Mitchell Holdings, LLC for $595,000 on Jan. 6.

The condo, Unit #2, is part of the Lakeview Pointe condo development, which was built in 2005.

Dr. Mucheck is the president of Carmel Catholic High School. Prior to that, she was the superintendent of schools at Catholic Archdiocese of Atlanta.

She holds a B.S. in biology and secondary education from Notre Dame College, an M.S.Ed. in educational leadership from the University of Dayton and a Ph.D. in educational policy studies from Georgia State University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 294 condo sales in Rogers Park during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $170,000.
