Substitute teacher sells 5BD in Old Town

Medium 49b79e6cc946da4d2301a60b410adf6f Toni Petric sold a five-bedroom, five-bath home at 343 W. Menomonee St. in Old Town for $915,000 to Michael Omeara and Kimberly Hamm on Feb. 7.

Petric paid $1.055 million for the property in Aug. 2007. The 2,552-square-foot house was built in 1890 in Old Town. It is located in the Old Town Triangle subdivision.

Petric is a substitute teacher at Catherine Cook School.

She attended the University of Dayton.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 348 home sales in Old Town during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $440,000.
