Jeff Garlin bought a three-bedroom, two-bath condo at 31 E. Elm St. in the Gold Coast from Adam P. Vrabel for $592,000 on Jan. 10

The 1,800-square-foot condo, Unit #2B, is part of The Cameron condominium development, which was built in 1916. Vrabel acquired the property for $671,000 in Sept. 2005.

Garlin is a multi-talented comedian, actor, director, writer, producer, voice talent and author. He is best known for his role as Jeff Greene on the HBO Show, "Curb Your Enthusiasm." He was also the voice behind the characters of Buttercup in the 2010 blockbuster film "Toy Story 3" and Stan in "Wall E".

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 580 home sales in Gold Coast during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $390,000.
