Financial co. partner sells Kenilworth 5BD

Medium 3c58cd1bb0521905bd66c817c7af138c Blaine A. Crissman and Mary L. Crissman sold a five-bedroom, 4.5 bath home at 139 Abingdon Ave. in Kenilworth to Anthony Brewer and Carla Brewer for $1.6 million on March 3.

The Crissmans paid $1.2 million for the property in June 2001. The house was built in 1926 in East Kenilworth.

Mr. Crissman is founder and partner at Prism Mezzanine Fund, where his responsibilities include deal origination, underwriting, closing and managing investments. Prior to joining Prism in 2002, he was a principal at Bank of America Capital Investors.

He earned his bachelor's degree in economics from Augustana College and his M.B.A. from the Duke University Fuqua School of Business.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 31 home sales in Kenilworth during the past 12 months, with a median sale price of $948,750.
