Marketing exec buys in Roscoe Village

Medium 65fae73289553c4651ed10a65998c31c DeJuan Shorter and Ellen Shorter bought a three-bedroom, two-bath condo at 1827 W. Addison St. in Roscoe Village from Natalie J. Samp and Christopher G. Samp for $412,000 on April 13.

The Samps bought the property from Janet F. Miller and Michael W. Miller for $392,500 in June 2003. The 1,800-square-foot condo, Unit #3, is part of the development at 1827 W. Addison St., which was built in 1999.

Mr. Shorter is a strategic solutions manager at Centro, an online media marketing company. He is also a founder of The Timely Traveler, a travel agency, and is a digital supervisor at Starcom, a brand communications and consumer contact organizations group.

He attended Beloit College and the University of Wisconsin in Madison.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 63 condo sales in Roscoe Village in the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $360,000.
