The Guminas paid $300,000 for the property in July 2002. The 1,157-square-foot home was built in 1942.

Ms. Gumina is a senior information technology manager at Health Care Services Corp., a health benefits company headquartered in Chicago. She formerly served the company as a senior application manager.

She attended DeVry University and the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.

Ms. Gumina previously sold Unit #1B at 4901 N. Wolcott Ave. in Ravenswood for $205,000 in Aug. 2002.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 83 home sales in Sauganash during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $341,250.
