Accountancy manager acquires Beverly home

Medium 364c0944c228b335d9f53c055ed68e37 Christopher Cutrara and Sarah Cutrara bought a 1.5-bath home at 10345 S. Oakley Ave. in Beverly from Robert S. Ohap and Margaret M. Ohap for $300,000 on May 11.

The property was previously acquired for $150,000 in May 1991. The 1,983-square-foot house was built in 1931.

Mr. Cutrara is a manager at Blackman Kallick, a tax and audit consultancy firm. Prior to that, he held a senior position in the business risk department at Ernst & Young Services, a professional services company.

He received a degree in accounting from the University of Dayton.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 155 home sales in Beverly during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $254,500.
