Sandra Aristodemo and Giovanni Aristodemo sold a five-bed, four-bath home at 1417 N. Chicago Ave. in Arlington Heights to Christopher T. Kenny and Mary J. Kenny for $770,000 on May 11.

The property was previously acquired for $865,000 in Jan. 2006. The 2,969-square-foot house, which was built in 1955, is in Central Arlington Heights.

Ms. Aristodemo is the owner at Aristo Dental, a center providing implant placement and restoration, cosmetic treatment and crown fabrication services, etc.

She received a B.S. in biology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

The Aristodemos also sold a condo at 1121 Andover Court in Glendale Heights for $269,900 in Feb. 2006.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 742 home sales in Arlington Heights during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $272,000.
