Boston Consulting director fetches Lake View 4BD

Medium 145a6b8025a223308f0652c0d1a74984 Brian Myerholtz and Laura Myerholtz bought a four-bed, 4.5-bath home at 1510 W. Melrose St. in Lake View from Robert D. Bronstein and Rosellene Bronstein for $1.5 million on June 14.

The property was previously acquired for $1.6 million on April 2005. The 5,100-square-foot house, which was built in 2005, is in the Southport Corridor subdivision.

Mr. Myerholtz is a partner and the managing director at The Boston Consulting Group, a management consultancy services provider. Additionally, he was with outsourcing firm Accenture as a consultant.

He attended Cornell University and Dartmouth College School of Business at Dartmouth.

Ms. Myerholtz was a research coordinator at the University of Chicago. She was also a recruiting coordinator at Tuck School of Business. Moreover, she was also a consultant at Accenture.

She graduated from Oberlin College.

The Myerholtzes also sold a condo at 1547 N. Park Ave. in Old Town for $525,000 in Sept. 2006.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 932 home sales in Lake View during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $369,000.
