Adam M. Heintz and Erin L. Heintz sold a two-bedroom, two-bath condo at 3607 N. Bosworth Ave. in Wrigleyville to Gretchen Goers for $278,000 on Sept. 2.

The Heintz paid $350,000 for the property in April 2006. The condo, Unit 2, is one of 21 units in the Bosworth-Addison Condos condominium development, built in 1925 and located in the Southport Corridor subdivision.

Mr. Heintz serves as director of strategy and development, new business initiatives at LivingSocial. Previously, he was senior strategy manager at Orbitz Worldwide, where he also served as senior manager of international supply and strategy and manager of hospitality strategy and analytics. He also worked as a finance specialist at Accenture.

He earned his B.A. in finance from Ohio University and his M.B.A. in strategic management, economics and marketing from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 92 condo sales in Wrigleyville during the past 12 months, with a median sale price of $401,000.
