Estate of Christian educator selling Lake Forest Central 4BD

The estate of Millicent Davies Kreischer has listed for sale a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 112 Westminster Road in Lake Forest for $599,000.

Keri Cook Falls of Prudential Rubloff is the listing agent. The 2,107-square-foot house was built in 1927 in the Holts subdivision of the neighborhood of Lake Forest Central.

Kreischer was a teacher and director of Christian education at the First Presbyterian Church of Lake Forest for 16 years. She lived in Lake Forest in 1955.

She attended Syracuse University and received a B.A. in liberal arts and education.

She passed away in August.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 144 home sales in Lake Forest during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $785,847.
