Insurance firm officer lists $1.199M 4BD in Lake Forest

Anna Maria Viti-Welch and David Welch have listed for sale a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 1225 Fairway Dr. in Lake Forest for $1.199 million.

The Welchs paid $1.215 million for the property in Jan. 2005. The 3,868-square-foot house was built in 1989 in the Lake Forest Southwest neighborhood. Jeannine Viti of Prudential Rubloff is the listing agent for the home.

Anna Maria Viti-Welch is the president of Guy Viti Insurance, an independent full service insurance agency.

She previously was a commercial lines account executive.

She attended Arizona State University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 140 home sales in Lake Forest during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $780,000.
